I can never remember whether the correct term is 'clerking' or 'interning', but in any case Russell is off to Houston for the next five weeks to work for US District Judge Vanessa Gilmore.
Sarah Jane is staying here in Austin during the week and will probably commute to Houston on weekends. Barbara was able to help Russell find a nice place to stay through her 'Old girl network.'
